Dispatch
We ship within the Netherlands and to Belgium.
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provided. It fits through the letterbox so you don't have to be home for it: very convenient. We cannot send to parcel points.
You will receive an order confirmation from us and a confirmation when your package has been shipped.
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will immediately receive a Track & Trace code to track your package.
We ship every working day. With DHL Track & Trace shipping, you will usually have your package the next day in the Netherlands. In Belgium, it often takes a day longer.
It fits through the letterbox so you don't have to be at home to receive it.
You can choose extra gift wrapping in the shopping cart, but all our jewelry is always beautifully wrapped♡!

Yes, definitely. We don't do drop shipping.
We have been around for 8 years. Until 2025 under the name Jewellery by Suus and from 2025 as La Jewelista.
Everything is designed, packaged and stocked in the Netherlands. We ship daily from Den Helder.
We offer a mix of unique handmade items and on-trend jewelry and Bag charms. A part is designed and made by us in the Netherlands and Italy.
We give a 60 day guarantee on all our items. It is important that you contact us via WhatsApp and send photos of the broken product.
Returns
Yes, that is definitely possible.
Earrings and personalized items are the only exception. To be sure, please check our returns page.

Financial
For Dutch customers we accept Ideal payments and Apple Pay. For Belgian customers we accept Bancontact payments and Apple Pay.
Unfortunately this is not possible. So check carefully whether you have entered your discount code.
We give monthly discounts to our members. You automatically become a member if you have purchased something in the past 3 months.
We never give discounts via the Internet, so there is no point in looking there.
The Charm club
With every purchase you save points. The condition is that you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Log into yourAccount .
- Click on "view rewards".
- Choose your discount.
- Use the discount code within 7 days.
Log in to your account and you will see your points immediately. Go to yourAccount
Yes, for every order you receive points based on the value of your purchase.
Your points are valid for 3 months after purchase.
Every time you redeem points or make a purchase, your points are valid for another 3 months.
If you do not make a purchase or redeem your points for 3 months, your points will automatically expire.
You will receive a maximum of 40% discount on our jewelry and 20% on bag charms & accessories.
Yes, if your order value is higher than 45 euros after the discount, you will also receive free shipping.
Check if your membership discount is more attractive than the current discount. If so: redeem your points otherwise you better wait.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your points for a discount afterwards.
No, you don't have to, you can continue saving. Every time you buy from us you get new points and all your points are valid for 3 months again.
We will then deduct your discount from the refund and credit you with the number of points that you ultimately did not redeem.
No, your points are personal to you and linked to your name and email address.

Yes, that is certainly possible. We have special purchase prices for stores. If you send an email to info@la-jewelista.com with your question, we will answer it within 24 hours.
